Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $35
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pawra.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
